Theodora Founta
Sociologist - Certified Coach – P.A.D.A. MemberShe is a sociologist, a certified coach by the University of Cambridge, UK (Diploma in Coaching), a mentor and a trainer. She studied at Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences and at the American College of Greece, Deree College (BA in Psychology and Sociology) and holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil.) in Social Sciences from the University of Glasgow, in which she is also a Ph.D. candidate.
Furthermore, she owns a Certificate in the Psychology of Executive Coaching and a Certificate in Mindfulness at work. Additionally, she is a graduate of the program “Introduction to Group Analysis” of the Athens Center for Mental Health, as well as of the program “Life Coaching - Organization and Personal Counseling” of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She has a lot of experience in staff development and training, having served as Head of Training and Director of Human Resources in the Public Sector. She is also a lecturer in the programs of the University of the Aegean and the University of West Attica in courses related to mental health, resilience, counseling and coaching.
She is an adult educator at INEP - EKDDA (National School of Public Administration) in the fields of human resource development, work stress management and job resilience, as well as in evaluation methods and staff interview techniques.
