He is a former Director of the Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate of the Hellenic Police (EL.AS.). He is law graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessalonikι and also graduate of the School of National Defense and of the Higher Interdisciplinary School of War of GEETHA, while he has been trained in the subjects of electronic governance, cryptocurrency, management and organization, administration, OKANA., etc.
He has been specialized as a Judicial Graphologist and at the same time he is the founder of the Forensic Graphology Laboratory in Northern Greece. He was an active member of the European Cybercrime Task Force (EUCTF), the European Cybercrime Center (EC3), Europol and an honorary member of the Hellenic Scientific Society of Health Informatics (H.S.S.H.I.).
He has written articles in several newspapers, magazines and news websites on issues such as school violence and bullying, through the lens of the Hellenic Police, the use of internet regarding the provision of medical services and health units’ functions, and regarding the perspective of Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate, Cybersecurity and Education in a Modern Society: Goals and Priorities.
