Municipality of Mouzaki: A dynamic start for the P.A.D.A. Institute

The P.A.D.A. Institute (Protection Against Drug Addiction) is the first organized cooperative effort in Greece against the modern scourge of drugs. Its initiator and coordinator is the Honorary Deputy Chief of the Greek Police, Ioannis Rachovitsas, who associated his name with great successes of the prosecuting authorities both nationally and internationally.
