She is an experienced coroner, a professor of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology and Director of the Laboratory of Medicine and Toxicology at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and director of the Laboratory of Medicine and Toxicology of EKPA. She is the author of a series of scientific publications and is the first woman to become Dean of the School of Health Sciences of the University of Athens.
