ALBANIA: Amarda Gashi

Since 2013, she works as a toxicologist in the Addiction and Clinical Toxicology Department of the University Hospital “Mother Teresa” in Tirana, Albania. She serves as a Clinical Toxicology lecturer at the Surgery Departments of the Medical University in Tirana, Albania.
She has participated in a group of experts on drug-related deaths (DRDs) at the European Monitoring Center for Drugs Monitoring and Drug Addiction in Lisbon. She has been trained at the Universal Treatment Curriculum for Substance Use Disorders, and also at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Tirana (UNDOC).
She is a member of the Association of Albanian Toxicologists.
