Konstantinos Panagiotopoulos
Major General (ret.) – P.A.D.A. MemberGraduate of the Greek Police Officers School, of the Department of Professional Retraining of Executive Officers of the Police Academy, and of the Training School for Police Directors of the Police Academy of the Hellenic Police. He has participated in numerous trainings and retrainings, among which is the “Surveillance Detection Course” and “Threat Analysis - Counter Surveillance Course”, Diplomatic Security Service - Antiterrorism Assistance Program, San Antonio Texas, USA., the training in Operational Criminal Intelligence Analysis from EUROPOL (Europol Analysis Unit), but also the training from the European Police Academy (CEPOL) in drug trafficking issues (Polish Police Academy, “Drug Strategy” - Szcytno of Poland).
He has represented the Greek Police at conferences and meetings of European and International Organizations (Europol - The Hague, Netherlands, Eurojust - The Hague, Netherlands, UNODC - Vienna, Austria, Interpol - Lyon, France and Africa, DEA (IDEC) - various European and Latin American countries, SECI - Romania, Marshall Center - Germany, etc.) and has implemented collaborations and joint operational actions with police forces of other countries in transnational cases (USA, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Latin American countries, etc.).
